There are some big moves in the odds in the English Premier League after we’ve finished up another round of fixtures and the title race is beginning to take shape. There are a few more teams coming into contention but Liverpool are emerging as the out and out favourites to finally secure that English Premier League title victory after coming up short so many times over the last couple of years.

Liverpool were able to emphatically dispose of defending champions Manchester City and they look like they have nobody who can slow them down on English soil, that’s for sure. 

They were able to get the better of Pep Guardiola’s men with relative ease at the weekend and, though City mounted a bit of a late challenge and came close a couple of times, Liverpool were in control of that much from the outset and looked good until the end. 

The bookmakers have them trading around a 5/12 best price for the English Premier League victory and City have drifted out to a 5/2 margin. That’s especially impressive since they were priced at odds-on to win the league just a couple of weeks ago before Liverpool were able to solidify this incredible run of form. 

They still remain undefeated and look good value for their money, it looks as though Manchester City - still coming on all fronts - may turn their focus towards the Champions League this time around as they haven’t been able to secure that trophy yet either.
