English Premier League Latest Betting Update PT 2
- By A.J. Ryder on March 21, 2016 18:54 GMTIt will be fascinating to see the likes of Jamie Vardy in the Champions League next year and even more interesting is the fact that we may not be seeng the likes of Manchester United or Chelsea at all in Europe’s Premier footballing competition.
Arsenal remain in the hunt for the title but it will take some serious doing and this is generally the time of year that Arsenal tend to flatten out and drop points to side that they definitely shouldn’t be. You will find them trading at a price of about 6/1 right now and looking like they will qualify for Europe for sure but the title seems to be a few steps too far.
Manchester City, whom many expected to be the ultimate winners of the Premier League title, are as short as 66/1 for the title but it’s obviously just too much ground to make up with not enough matches to get the job done. You will obviously look to their loss against United on Sunday as the final nail in the coffin for their Premier League hopes.
In regards t the other race at the bottom of the league it looks to be all about Aston Villa being effectively relegated with most bookmakers no longer even taking bets on the Villains. You’ll find them trading at 1/500 for the drop. But the race for the other two places looks to be much more interesting wth Newcastle trading at a 2/5 margin while Sunderland can be backed at an idencal price to go down as well.
Norwich are also in the hunt for the drop and can be backed at a price of around 8/11.
