English Premier League Latest Update PT 1

We’ve got a few really exciting contests set to unfold in the English Premier League this weekend with the league table starting to heat up as we get closer and closer to the crucial Christmas fixtures that, oftentimes, define a team’s season and set the tone for the second half of the year.

There’s no place better to wager on all the Boxing Day action than bet365, with a fantastic Open Account Offer available to new customers.

While Liverpool have obviously been one of the biggest stories of the year - still undefeated so far and going from strength to strength without any major injury issues - there are several other fascinating happenings that have popped up over the last couple of weeks and months.

Leicester City have popped back up and made another big impression built on the backs of Jamie Vardy and some brave performances from their defensive unit. Vardy has been a revelation so far this year with many considering him to be the most in-form striker in Europe.

The Foxes currently sit second in the table, eight points behind Liverpool and six points ahead of third-placed Manchester City.

While there are plenty of observers who think that Liverpool have the league effectively dusted (they are 1/7 or shorter to win the league at this point), Leicester are uniquely poised to take advantage if Liverpool somehow wind up dropping a slew of points and finish the season poorly.

Many might think that is out of the question but Liverpool have definitely screwed things up before and this would go down as one of the biggest collapses of all time, but there is little value backing Liverpool to win from here.
