English Premier League Latest Update PT 3

Tottenham have been knocking on the door for some time now, finishing second in the league a few times over the past couple of years but never quite being able to reach the promised land and secure that elusive English Premier League title again.

At Manchester United, the pressure on Jose Mourinho looks to have gone off the boil a bit as the Special One has been able to steady the ship and ensure that United were able to produce a victory against Watford at the weekend - a side that (very much like Bournemouth) have been punching above their weight so far this season.

In a contest that really could have been a potential banana skin for a side that have looked a little out of sorts early in the season, the on-field performance will be what tells the tale here.

There have been more than a few rumours circulating that Manchester United are prepared to ditch Jose Mourinho in favour of the legendary Zinedine Zidane - a manager who was able to guide Real Madrid to three La Liga’s in a row and a number of Champions League victories.

The fact remains, however, that Mourinho has steadied the ship and looks to have the backing of the Old Trafford faithful and they will likely be singing his name when the next fixture at home comes around. United head to Switzerland and face off against Young Boys in their next outing and a strong Champions League performance would bode well for Mourinho and his charges .
