Manchester United opened the season looking really strong with their new look side under Jose Mourinho but now it appears as though the Red Devils are mired in a nother season similar to the last two where they are chasing a Europa League spot and just can't get themselves established against the top four for a Champions League position.
They were only able to muster up a 1-1 draw with Arsenal when it really mattered most last time out and they are precariously close to slipping into the massive odds pool once you drop outside of the top six contenders for the English Premier League title. The big issue for the Red Devils has been the fact that they haven't been able to pull off victories against the top sides – and that is something that Jose Mourinho hasn't been able to do yet.
Right now the majority of top bookmakers have Manchester United trading at 25/1 or 28/1 to pull off a miraculous victory by securing the English Premier League title. It would be something else if they were genuinely able to do it and you can't write off a team with this much talent just yet.
It looks clear that Mourinho hasn't lost the dressing room in the same capacity that David Moyes and Louis Van Gaal did at various points during their reign as manager at Old Trafford.
