English Premier League Relegation Betting and Champions League Race Pt 1
- By A.J. Ryder on April 21, 2018 18:04 GMTWith West Bromwich Albion already being condemned to relegation from the English Premier League next season there are still two spots left that are looking to be desperately avoided in the race for relegation - though some might rephrase it as the race away from relegation but that appears to be a relatively semantic argument at this stage.
One of the other key contenders who look doomed for the drop are Stoke CIty who trade at a very short price to go down to the Championship looking effectively relegated at this point though not mathematically out of the equation.
The other appears to be Southampton - also trading at odds-on for the drop right now but still with a relatively competitive price and they look to be aiming squarely at the likes of Swansea and Huddersfield to take their place over the next couple of remaining weeks in the English Premier League.
Swansea retain a lead of about four points over the likes of Southampton so while they are certainly not mathematically out of it they do have some tough fixtures coming their way over the next few weeks and it appears to be a tougher ask than what you’ll be seeing at Swansea.
Huddersfield - who looked likely candidates for relegation just a couple of weeks ago - now appear to be relatively secure with a six point lead over the likes of Southampton in that final relegation spot.
