English Premier League Relegation Odds PT 2

Brighton & Hove Albion are right on their heels, however, and you’ll find most major bookmakers pricing them at around an even money price tag to be playing Championship football next year. The newly-promoted sides are typically favourites to get the drop and Brighton seem to be no difference.

Another newly promoted side who are strong relegation candidates are Huddersfield Town who can be backed at a price of around 13/8 with most major bookmakers and a few going as high as a 15/8 listing.

Bournemouth are another candidate for the drop and it’s probably not a huge surprise since they have always been a lower-mid-table side who has frequently struggled against a variety of English Premier League opposition.

Look for Bournemouth in the range of about 2/1 to be playing in the Championship next year but you’ll also find a best price of about 9/4 out there too if you look hard enough for it.

Swansea are a side that was able to take on the big guns a few years back but now they struggle considerably against mid-table sides so they are certainly not out of the question in terms of relegation. You’ll find them trading around a 9/4 margin with a couple of bookmakers going 11/4 on the Welsh side to drop out.

And finally, West Ham, who have had a very troubled start to the season still appear to be relative long shots for relegation with Slaven Bilic’s men available as high as a 9/2 margin to be relegated.
