English Premier League Saturday Betting Preview PT 2
- By A.J. Ryder on October 15, 2015 18:31 GMTCrystal Palace vs West Ham shouldn’t be a top six clash but it certainly looks to be in this crazy start to the season and you have to applaud both sides for really stepping up their game this year and making their presence felt - at least during this part of the season at least. You have to respect that the money flowing into the English Premier League from the enhanced TV contracts is seeing its way down into the more “middling” clubs who are pulling off big purchases and retaining players who would walk into most European sides.

Palace are the odds on favourites here to get the three points and you’ll find that the bookmakers have them priced at a 10/11 margin while the Hammers are trading at a 14/5 listing. The draw sits at a 5/2 margin right now and there are plenty of neutral punters who will be backing that one.
Everton vs Manchester United looks to be a really fascinating affair since the Wayne Rooney returning to Merseyside is always adding an underlying bit of spice to the match itself. This time around Ross Barkley is getting all the plaudits while Rooney - United and England’s all-time greatest goalscorer is nearly considered past it by the age of 30 such is his rough patch of recent form. The Red Devils have started to gel recently despite some set backs like the injury to Luke Shaw. Anthony Martial has so far proved a revelation as he looks to have already etched himself into the hearts of the Old Trafford faithful, and football itself has seen the emergence of a new world star.
The Red Devils can be backed at a 5/4 listing for the away victory here with The Toffees trading at a 21/10 margin right now. The draw, which would be disappointing for United but Everton would probably accept before the kick-off, can be backed at a solid price tag of 23/10.
Manchester City vs Bournemouth is an interesting contest and you’ll find that available at a 1/3 margin for the home win and ranking as one of the biggest favourites of the entire weekend. You have to assume that City will be able to get the better of the newly-promoted side but we have seen some awfully strange things happen so far this season in the Premier League so you don’t quite know what to expect here, do you?
