There were some really fascinating fixtures during the opening week of play and you can bank on several of them turning out to be just as good this time around.
Things kick off on Saturday with Everton taking on West Brom and the blue side of Liverpool come in as the distinct favourites with a price hovering around an 11/20 listing for the outright victory. The Baggies can be backed at a 6/1 margin for the win and they are among the favourites for relegation this year so picking up even a point would be a big move for the Midlands side.
An all-promoted-club contest as Leeds take on Fulham in a match that looks straight out of 2001. Leeds were able to impress in their defeat to Liverpool, having pushed the defending champions all the way in a 4-3 shootout that was punctuated by Mohammed Salah’s performance.
If Leeds can continue to come at teams with that much attacking flair then it will be no surprise if they stay up this season. They are not amongst the main relegation candidates and a win here would put them in a really good spot. Fulham, on the other hand, are favourites for the drop and they will need to get their momentum going early in order to get anything from this match.
