English Premier League Sunday Betting Preview PT 2
- By A.J. Ryder on August 21, 2014 03:04 GMTThe draw in this one is 4.33 but you get every feeling that QPR might just be looking to go for the win if they can get things, or keep things, on level terms for most of the competition.

QPR have one real ace up up their sleeve and that is their notoriously wily manager Harry Redknapp who has built most of his career on pulling off victories such as this one. You can lock in on them early as many might be trying to beat Spurs in this one as they attempt to chase some losses accrued on Saturday.
That leaves us with the big clash of the day and the one certainly likely to get the most attention - regardless of the outcome. Many expected Manchester United to steamroller over Swansea last week after putting together such an impressive series of pre-season victories but now they face their first must-win clash in only the second match of the year.
If Louis Van Gaal can’t conjure up a victory here - even with the new signing Marcos Rojo now looking like to line-up in the competition - then it’s going to be really tough for United to stop the naysaying headlines.
The worst case scenario for the Old Trafford club would be to sink further into mid-table but there is also the fact that they might be dropping points early to sides they should have easily beat and those precious 3 points from last week could be a major factor in the final table for the Premier League season if they wind up going close but coming up just short against the likes of Manchester City or their fellow Premier League title challengers Chelsea.
As it currently stands, you’ll find United priced at a competitive 1.75 to get the better of Sunderland. You’ll find the Black Cats available at 4.50 and that’s going to be a big bet for the ABU crowd out there. A draw will not be good enough for United but Sunderland would likely jump at it - you can back the draw at a solid 3.75 margin.
