Or they could get bogged down in a Champions League campaign - they are the genuine favourites to win this year’s iteration of the Champions League for a reason after all.
Now that Manchester United have signed Alexis Sanchez and appear to have a much more dynamic forward in their line-up, you can expect that United will have a bit more verve going forward for the remainder of the season in all competitions and you can bank on their ability to get results against virtually anybody.
