Remarkably, Thierry Henry has not been missed in the slightest and this is largely due to the rise of Emmanuel Adebayor, who has scored in each of the last seven games, taking his Premier League haul to 16 - three behind Manchester United's winger Cristiano Ronaldo. The Cesc Fabregas, Aleksandr Hleb and Mathieu Flamini midfield combination is also working seamlessly, as Newcastle found to their cost last week with two 3-0 defeats in four days, and City will have their work cut out to defend their unbeaten record against a side who have mustered 13 points from the last possible 15. To compound matters for City, they are in the midst of a slump in form which has seen them slip to sixth place after managing just one win in six matches - a sequence that culminated in the 1-1 draw at lowly Derby on Wednesday. For all the chances they created City could not find a winner at Pride Park, with Darius Vassell's finishing as dire as that of the now departed Rolando Bianchi and Giorgios Samaras before him and they will not concern even an Arsenal defence including Philippe Senderos. The Gunners are slightly less impressive on the road, though, having only won two of their last five away trips in the league, and so it will probably take them until the second half before they work out how to break down City's obdurate rearguard - a value offering at 7/2 with Canbet. The anytime goalscorer bet on Ronaldo worked out against Portsmouth in midweek and so it would be churlish not to capitalise on Adebayor's fine form. If anyone scores, it'll be the big lad from Togo. Verdict: 2pts Draw/Arsenal @ 7/2 (Canbet); 3pts Adebayor anytime goalscorer @7/4 (William Hill) Click here for up to £200 to bet on football when you join Canbet
