FORMULA ONE 2010 LATEST OUTRIGHT ODDS SHOW FERNANDO ALONSO AS FAVOURITE

We’ve almost got the 2010 Formula One season ready to go and UK bookmaker Coral has released the latest selection of odds for this season’s drivers Championship. Fernando Alonso is listed as a fairly strong favourite to win the title with F1 legend Michael Schumacher also indicated as a very strong contender.

You’ll find Alonso trading at 3.5 with Britain’s Lewis Hamilton also favoured for a very solid showing at a 5.0 price. Schumacher trades at 5.5 and I expect that to be a very popular option- and a price that will shorten considerably with a good performance in the first race of the season.

Sebastian Vettel trades at 6.0 and he looks very much in the running. Felipe Massa can also be backed at an 8.0 price. Jenson Button rewards at a very enticing 11.0 should he be able to pull off a few performances similar to ones he displayed last season. Mark Webber trades at 15.0 while Nico Rosberg can be backed at a 19.0 price.

These options above and considered the only real plausible contenders as the odds then take a dramatic jump to 41.0 for Kamui Kobayashi and Robert Kubica. Nico Hulkenberg, Pedro de la Rosa and Rubens Barrichello are all available at 67.0 while Adrian Sutil is at 101.0.

You’ll find Bruno Senna, Heikki Kovalainen, Jarno Trulli, Timo Glock and Vitantino Liuzzi at 151.0. Lucas Di Grassi and Sebastien Buemi are at 201.0 while Jaime Alguersuari is at 251.0 and Jose Maria Lopez is at 301.0.

This market will close on February 25th, so be sure to get your bets in now. Keep in mind that each-way wagering is also available with 1/5 odds on the top 3 places.
