GRAND SLAM OF DARTS BETTING TIPS- PHIL TAYLOR THE HEAVY FAVOURITE

Popular Irish bookmaker Paddy Power has released their odds for the much-anticipated Grand Slam of Darts and Phil 'The Power' Taylor is the heavy favourite to walk away with this year's title. Listed at 8-13, Taylor's closest competitor is a competitor he has matched wits with before Raymond van Barneveld. Barney's Army will likely be in attendance and be in full voice as well. But Who Will Fight Adrian LewisJames Wade and Gary Anderson are listed at longer odds, 8-1 and 10-1 respectively and they may very well challenge, especially if they can take the earlier games and hold their nerve in the opening round. Adrian Lewis, fresh from a fine and a ban from an altercation he had with Kevin Painter at the Open Holland Masters last April, is listed at 20-1. In my personal opinion, I think this could be a galvanizing factor for Lewis and he will be looking to make a statement. At 20-1 though, he is probably one of the few longer odds players who actually have a shot at getting a result.I Got the Power!Phil Taylor definitely remains the favourite for this one and you really can't fault anybody for backing the power. While the odds may not be too long, you really do have to favour Taylor heavily over most of the other players, although van Barneveld has had his number in the past.
