HOLLAND VS BRAZIL PREDICTIONS AND WORLD CUP BETTING PREVIEW PART ONE

Leave it to the Dutch to dampen expectations- Dutch national team manager Bert Van Marwijk has claimed that they will be adopting a more no-frills approach for this fixture than some observers had initially assumed. 

Brazil have more or less been the big favourites since the fixture was announced and it seems as though the bulk of the betting volume has been coming in on Brazil up to this point- that would likely be why we saw another price cut on Brazil yesterday when they dropped from 2.1 to 1.83.

Scoring in the first half is going to be the big variable here and I think if the Dutch grab the first goal then things could be especially interesting. Brazil have gotten progressively better in most of these games but they seriously haven't come up against a side as talented as the Dutch yet. 
If you fancy the match finishing as a draw, you've got a few very interesting selections that pay off some big dividends. Brazil to win the match in extra-time is priced at 8.0 while Brazil to win on penalties is priced at 11.0. Holland in extra-time are trading at 15.0 while Holland on penalties is trading at 12.0. 
Interestingly enough, the favoured correct score outcome is a 1-1 draw, which trades at a 6.5 price. A 1-0 or 2-0 victory to Brazil is priced at 7.0 while a 2-1 victory pays out at 8.0. A 1-0 victory is rewarding at a 9.0 price. 
If you think this one could be a barn-burner, try backing both sides to win 3-2. Holland are listed at 41.0 to win 3-2 while Brazil can be backed at 26.0. I think a higher-scoring match favours the Dutch.
