IRISH LEAGUE XI VS MANCHESTER UNITED FRIENDLY MATCH ODDS

Manchester United are sending out a side to take on the top players from the Irish League in todays featured friendly match. United are heavy favourites to take the match, probably not a big surprise, and you can back them at a slim 1/5 listing with popular bookmaker William Hill. Hills are one of the few bookmakers offering up a complete slate of odds including goalscorer betting.

If you fancy the Irish League XI to take this one, back them at a 10/1 price. The draw is available at 4/1, but I think if United play a few first-team players that this one could wind up being a formality.
United to put up a big total is going to pay off in the correct score market. A 4-0 victory pays out at 12/1 while a 5-0 win rewards at 20/1. 5-2 is a whopping 33/1 while a 6-0 victory is sitting at 40/1. If United can beat the Irish League XI 10-0 then you can back that at 400/1. Stranger things have happened.
If you think the Irish League XI are going to give United a real challenge here, you can back Paddy Madden to score anytime at a 7/2 price. Karl Sheppard and Ryan Guy are both at 5/1 to score anytime. Joseph Ndo is priced at 11/2 while Killan Brennan is priced at 6/1.
Wayne Rooney is expected to line up for this one and you can back Wazza to score at any point in the match at a slim 2/5 price. He is 2/1 to open or close the scoring. Rooney is 2/1 to get two or more and 8/1 to grab a hat-trick, that is officially the shortest price I've ever seen on a hat-trick.
Chicharito, aka Javier Hernandez, is the second favourite to score with an 8/13 margin anytime. He's 11/4 to score first or last and to grab two or more. He's 12/1 to notch a hat-trick. I'm very interested to see how he lines up with Wayne Rooney and I have a feeling that Rooney's vision and distribution is going to work well with the pacey young Mexican. Rooney can finally drop deep without having to worry about nobody staying up front to lead the line.
Federico Macheda and Dimitar Berbatov are both at 10/11 while Luis Antonio Valencia is at 7/4. Park Ji-Sung is priced at 9/4 to score anytime while Tom Cleverley, Darron Gibson and Ruan Giggs are all trading at 11/4 margins.
