ITALY VS PARAGUAY 2ND HALF LIVE WORLD CUP 2010 BETTING TIPS

It was fairly predictable stuff for the most part as the Italy vs Paraguay fixture was the defensive affair that many originally assumed. However, one of the best headed goals of the tournament so far has put the upstart South American side 1-0 up against the defending world champions.

In-play wagering specialists Bet365 have listed Paraguay at a 1.8 price to win the match while Italy have climbed to a 5.0 margin. It looks like Cannavaro & co. will be playing for the draw and that's trading at 3.1.
I definitely wouldn't be surprised to see some attacking substitutions from the Italian side. You will probably have noted some of the anger eminating from the Italian side and they will need to diffuse some of that frustration at half-time.
To their credit, the Italians are still odds-on to score the next goal with Bet365 pricing that at a 1.8 price while Paraguay trade at 4.75 to notch the next goal and more or less seal the match. I don't see this Italian side scoring two goals unless some serious tactical switches are made.
This looks a confident Paraguay side.
The match to end 1-0 pays out at 2.75 while a 1-1 draw is priced at 3.1. Italy to come back and take this one 2-1 pays out at 6.5 but I'd be looking for a price closer to 10.0 on that.
The Next Goalscorer odds have Alberto Gilardino priced at 7.0 while Lucas Barrios is sitting at a 13.0 price. Nelson Valdez trades at 17.0 while No Second Goal remains the 2.75 favourite.
Italy to score within the next 5 minutes and go into the 51st minute with a draw is priced at 10.0.
Italy let this one slip away from them, Paraguay haven't gotten a host of chances but the ones that they get- they're taking extremely well. Italy won't win this one by deploying the same old tactics- Paraguay's workrate is nullifying that. Italy need to come out with a lot more verve or this World Cup campaign will be off to a nightmare start.
