Ladbrokes can report that they have made the decision to PAY OUT on Chelsea for the Premiership title, with the Blues' final price to win the title being 1/2500. Back in November, Jose Mourinho insisted Chelsea would win the title by April 30th and at the time we offered odds of 3/1 that it would happen and 1/5 that it wouldn't.
