Things are also starting to get even more interesting towards the bottom end of the English Premier League as things at the top appear to be looking to devolve into a two-team shootout between the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool both of whom have plenty of momentum right now.

The relegation dogfight is certainly beginning to heat up and there are usually two sides that remain favored for the drop throughout most of the Season - and usually they wind up do getting relegated to the championship - but the third spot the season appears to be especially interesting and a number of teams could wind up getting involved in the relegation mire in case they continue to produce underwhelming results.

Right now it appears as though Cardiff City are considered the outright favorites to be relegated and they are trading at a relatively similar price to the likes of Huddersfield who have shown that they can play against some quality sides but just have trouble sticking together some good quality results over a steady series of fixtures.

A number of different sides such as Burnley, Newcastle, Southampton and Brighton are all trading within a few points of each other to be the unlucky one to wind up in that not-so-coveted third relegation place.

Many of those sides have demonstrated an ability to bounce back up out of the Championship at the first opportunity but one has to wonder which one of them it will ultimately be that gets relegated.
