LYON VS BAYERN MUNICH CHAMPIONS LEAGUE LAST MINUTE 2ND LEG TIPS

We’re less than an hour away from the kick-off of today’s big 2010 Champions League Semi-Final second leg between Lyon and Bayern Munich. Lyon are considered the favourites to win this match, but Bayern are bigger favourites to progress to the next stage, but they will need to cling to their one goal margin and attempt to keep the score down.

Lyon will likely be going full-tilt to get themselves back on even keel in front of goal. I expect Lyon to try to strike early, but if Bayern are adopting a more defensive mentality then the French side may lay back and try not to concede for the first 45 and then ploughing forward for a second-half onslaught.
You’ll find popular UK bookmaker Blue Square listing Lyon at 2.4 to win the match with Bayern Munich available at 2.87. The draw pays 3.4 and that wouldn’t be enough for Lyon- they need the win at home and they will likely need to win by two goals.
The main over/under on goals seems to be around the 2.5 mark with under 2.5 goals at 1.8 and over 2.5 goals trading at 1.91.
Lyon are priced at 3.0 to win the first half while Bayern Munich are available at a 3.4 margin to win the opening 45 minutes. The first half draw is just a shade over odds-on with a 2.05 price tag.
The bookmakers clearly favour the second being a higher-scoring affair with a 2.0 price as the first half trades at 3.0.
There are some very interesting special bets on the players in this match as well- especially the ones expected to figure prominently. Lisandro Lopez is at 2.2 to score anytime and 21.0 to score in both halves. He is 51.0 to notch a hat-trick and a solid 10.0 to score with a header. He is 12.0 to score from outside the box and 4.33 to score first for his team. If Lopez hits the woodwork you’re looking at 10.0 and should he win a penalty be will be at 21.0. Lopez to be booked is at 5.0 and Lopez to be red carded pays out at 51.0.
Arjen Robben’s odds to score against Lyon are trading at 2.62 anytime and 21.0 to score in both halves. He is at 67.0 to score a hat-trick and is listed at 29.0 to score a header. He is 9.0 to score from outside the box and that’s a great bet in my opinion. He is 9.0 to hit the woordwork and 4.5 to be booked. Should Arjen Robben be red carded you’re looking at 41.0.
