Manchester United Transfer Betting PT 1

Now that it’s the new year in the English Premier League we have the January transfer window opening back up again and that always means a lot more speculation than it does outright transfers - though this time around there does look to be a solid amount of players who look to be set for a move.

It’s always complicated for top teams to sign genuinely big players in January since the vast majority of them are already cup-tied for the Champions League and Europa League.

There are a couple of sides that definitely need to be reinforced and you’ll find that Manchester United could see a few players coming and going as Ole Gunnar Solksjaer looks to make an impression in the second half of the season by bringing in some new blood.

The current mix of players there currently at United are not able to make things work to the best of their abilities despite their offensive strikeforce stepping up as Marcus Rashford and to a slightly lesser extent Anthony Martial have both been contributing goals in the matches that United actually manages to win.

At this point in time they simply drop too many points against lesser sides and if they were able to handle the Watford’s and Aston Villa’s of the world with performances like what you see from United against Arsenal and Spurs, they would be fighting it out for Champions League honours instead of languishing in mid-table.

United have been linked widely with Harry Winks and he recently turned down Jose Mourinho’s overtures from Tottenham and this has led to a few bookmakers trimming him down to a 2/1 margin from 4/1 earlier today as media reports are saying he might actually be keen for a United move in January.
