Manchester United vs Leicester City Betting Preview
- By A.J. United play host to the contest at Old Trafford and you can bank on them really wanting to take advantage of their stellar record when taking on the Foxes and a victory with so many players who are either injured or unfit will definitely be a bonus for Jose Mourinho.
Leicester City are available at a fairly long price tag here and you’ll be doing well if you back them to win and they actually pull off a victory - something that would certainly light a fire at Old Trafford at the rate that things are going right now. There hasn’t been a time when United have had this much pressure on them at the outset of the season.
United are trading at odds-on for this contest so there isn’t a whole lot of value in backing them for the outright victory so it may make sense to wait for an in-play wager to capitalize on better odds - particularly if they fall a goal behind early on.
It appears as though Manchester United’s players are the significant favourites to open the scoring with Romelu Lukaku being bandied about by the bookmakers as the shortest price tag on the list with Alexis Sanchez not far behind him. If Sanchez was to step up in a big way at this point it would certainly be a delight to Jose Mourinho, after some underwhelming performances last year.
