MANCHESTER UNITED VS MANCHESTER CITY LIVE BETTING TIPS

I expect a huge amount of live betting volume to be going down on this fixture and, with so many variables on the possible outcome, it may pay for punters to avoid making too many huge pre-match bets and instead wait to see the starting line-up and the starting formations before making a more tactical bet than one based on allegiances or just a random toss of a coin.
The most interesting in-play markets are usually correct score, goalscorer and the outright result. The goalscorer markets are very juicy if you can keep your eyes peeled on how the action is unfolding. My suggestion is to see where the match-ups are over the first 10 minutes or so and see if there’s any holes or if somebody doesn’t look capable of matching up against somebody else. If you see a right or left back getting beaten two or three times with relative ease, you’re going to be betting against his team. Figuring out where the ball is going to go, how it’s going to be played, and who its going to be played to are the keys to getting a payout on live goalscorer betting.

The correct score market is really only a good idea to bet on in the last 30 minutes or so of the match. You can make some very solid profits if you bet two moves ahead and that can be accomplished by gauging the gaps and the match-ups once again and keeping a close eye on the rhythm of the game.
William Hill lists United at 4/7 for the outright victory with City at 9/2. The draw pays 3/1 and after half-time you’ll start to see the odds on a draw start to shorten considerably if it remains 0-0. If there are no goals in the opening 25 minutes or so, you’ll see the odds on the higher correct scores start to climb considerably. This can be a great opportunity for profit if you can time it right and figure out when the floodgates are going to open.
Wayne Rooney is well-priced at even money to score anytime with William Hill- that’s the highest price I’ve seen on Sir Roo and he is a slim 25/1 for a hat-trick. He is 4/1 to score first or last and 13/2 to score two or more. That last one is a very solid bet. If Rooney performs, United will win the match.
Dimitar Berbatov is 5/4 to score anytime and 5/1 first or last. He is listed at 33/1 for the hat trick and is 15/2 to score two or more. Berba to score is a good bet if you see Rooney dropping deeper and Berbatov moving up front. I’m not sure if Dimitar Berbatov will actually start the match- Fergie may opt for Michael Owen or throw in the wildcard Mame Diouf in order to field a player that City don’t know much about.
Carlos Tevez is 11/2 to score first or last and 6/4 to score anytime. He is a lenthy 40/1 to score a hat-trick and 9/1 to get two goals or more. Emmanuel Adebayor is 6/1 first and last and 7/4 anytime. He is 10/1 to score two goals or more and is 40/1 to notch a hat-trick.
