Sheff Utd are more than capable of getting something from each of these games, but what a boost it would be to get a precious point at Old Trafford. Sadly for the visitors, though, this match is probably even more important to United, who have seen their buffer over Chelsea whittled down to just three points in recent weeks. United's five fixtures following this one includes a trip to Stamford Bridge, therefore home games such as this really need to be worth three points to the champions elect. A major positive for Sir Alex and the club has been the form which Alan Smith has returned from injury in - the 26-year-old has been looking razor sharp, a timely boost what with Louis Saha's ongoing sick note. Given the electrifying pace with which United have been starting their matches, I can envisage a good few goals in the first half, as they are bound to fancy their chances of putting this one to bed quickly.
