MANNY PACQUIAO VS JOSH CLOTTEY LATEST ODDS

Blue Square has just released their odds for the widely-anticipated Pacquiao vs Clottey fight at Cowboys Stadium on March 13th. It looks set to be an excellent bout with two contrasting fighters set to step into the squared-circle. Clottey’s power and ability absorb punishment will be an interesting parallel to Pacquiao’s hand-speed, footwork and overall technical superiority.
Manny Pacquiao’s odds are listed at 1/5 with Blue Square for him to take the outright victory. Joshua Clottey trades at a 3/1 price while the unlikely draw is priced at an unlikely 33/1.
In terms of the decision betting, the fight is favoured to end with Pacquiao to win by unanimous decision and Pacquiao to win by any sort of decision pays at a 10/11 margin. He’s odds-on to win that way, but I actually have a feeling that Manny will KO or TKO Clottey and likely knock him down within the first 3 rounds.
Clottey isn’t favoured to win by decision, he will be hunting for a KO the entire fight and may overexpose himself by trying to end things earlier than he should. The longer the fight goes on, the better it is for Manny Pacquiao so I can understand what’s up with Manny’s round betting odds.
Manny Pacquiao’s round betting odds range from 33/1 to 16/1. His lowest-priced rounds include round 4-8 while the 33/1 is for the 1st and 12th round. He is 25/1 to win in the 2nd of the 11th and 20/1 to score in the 3rd, 9th or 10th.
Clottey trades between 66/1 to 50/1 with the lowest-priced rounds being 2-9.
Floyd Mayweather has announced today that he’ll be stepping into the ring with Sugar Shane Mosley as his prep for the Pacquiao fight that is expected to happen in the fall. You’ll find Floyd Mayweather’s odds listed at a slim 1/4 against Mosley’s 11/4. Mayweather vs Mosley will be an interesting one to watch and you can back Mayweather and Pacquiao to win their fights on a double at slim odds of 1.5 meaning that a £100 bet rewards with a £50 profit- that’s not a bad bet for two massive favourites at the top of their game.
