NEW KENTUCKY ONLINE GAMING RULING HANDED DOWN
After the controversial Kentucky ruling from Franklin County initially seized a number of internet gaming URLs, a top circuit court judge has modified a seizure order on Wednesday that lets online gambling companies have a further 30 days to install software blocking Kentucky citizens from accessing their sites. Judge Thomas D. Wingate asserted in his ruling that the 141 defendants of the online gambling domains must demonstrate within 30 days that they have attempted to block users from the Commonwealth of Kentucky. If they fail to comply with the ruling the seizure order will remain in its current state.
