NEXT LIVERPOOL MANAGER ODDS SHOW HODGSON AND DALGLISH AS ONLY CONTENDERS

Things have slowed down a bit on the Next Liverpool Manager betting markets and, while Roy Hodgson continues to hold onto his position as the favourite, Kenny Dalglish continues to hold steady just a point or so off of Hodgson's price. There is still plenty of volume, but the overall betting market has slowed down a bit. 

As it currently stands, Hodgson continues to cling to a price just north of even-money. He's available at a 2.18 price and that's about right in my book. Kenny Dalglish is just behind him at a 3.35 price tag. 
Former favourite Martin O'Neill is trading at a very lengthy 15.0 and he looks officially out of the running. 
Fans of Hodgson should take note though that his boss at Fulham, owner Muhammad Al Fayed, declared that he had the resources to keep Woy at the club and would be actively looking to re-sign him for next season. It will likely take a pay increase and a bigger transfer budget, but that's really what Fulham needs right now so you can see why he'd offer to do it. 
Liverpool are a team with more than a few question marks over top of them at the moment. Anybody stepping in there will want full acknowledgement that they will have money to spend and the full backing of the owners and the backroom staff. 
If this managerial signing doesn't start to work out quickly, then you can certainly see things going from bad to worse with the Liverpool fans. I think Dalglish is becoming a stronger contender by the day- Liverpool fans may be more accepting taht this is going to be a rebuilding year if they can get a popular manager in the frame.
