Next Manager to Leave Their Post Betting PT 2

Bottom club Sheffield United look to be struggling as the league goes on and they have only accumulated a solitary point from their sojourn in the top flight this season. Chris Wilder is trading as the second favourite to be the next Premier League manager to be sacked and he’s priced at 11/4 to do so.

One would have to think that if Arteta is able to string together a couple of results over the next week or two then he could be able to cling on a while longer. Wilder likely isn’t going to be getting those results and it’s likely that he could be replaced prior to the start of the January transfer window. You just have to wonder whether Sheffield are looking to drop back to the Championship and not lay out a bunch of money trying to fight a relegation dogfight in which they look doomed.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is the next best priced manager to be sacked before anyone else and he’s still looking fairly safe despite the club crashing out of the Champions League after they looked to have the group sown up at one point. A 0-0 draw with Manchester City likely flattered OGS more than Guardiola and United are only six points off top spot with a game in hand. That said, they don’t look likely to mount anything resembling a title challenge unless something is done.

Solskjaer can be backed around an 8/1 price tag to be the next English Premier League manager to be sacked. He is trading at an identical price as Sean Dyche and Scott Parker.

Other notable prices in the mix for the next manager to be sacked include Frank Lampard at 20/1, Davis Moyes at a 25/1 price tag while Pep Guardiola (whose side sit firmly in mid-table) is priced as one of the safest managers in the league with a 66/1 best price.
