Ryan Giggs is the other interesting wild card and you’ll find the former Manchester United superstar trading anywhere from 5/1 to 22/1 so it looks like there is some real possibility there. Giggs is probably one of the most likely contenders for the role at Swansea and his Welsh roots could wind up making him come in with a distinct advantage having been a known quantity there for quite some time with many respecting his abilities on the pitch and being willing to tolerate his relative lack of experience at the top level.
There is a lot to like about Giggs chances and the fact that the bookmakers have seen a run on the price so it looks like he could wind up getting plenty of interesting support coming in from the Swansea faithful.
Other notable contenders include the likes of Garry Monk at 20/1 along with Dennis Bergkamp at an identical price tag. You’ll also find that Jurgen Klinsmann is a longshot here and he’s priced at 25/1 right alongside his former teammate Michael Laudrup.
There are also a few other names out there like Steve McLaren at 25/1 and Brendan Rodgers anywhere from 16/1 to 33/1 while Dick Advocaat is trading as high as a 33/1 margin.
