Paddy Power Bonus Code for Top Euro 2012 Goalscorer

It looks like a straight-up shoot-out between a pair of Mario's as Euro 2012 will reach its climax on Sunday with only one player still very much in the hunt for the top tournament goalscorer status. Much depends on how the match actually unfolds and you can bank on particularly high volume on both contenders.

Spain go into the match as the prohibitive favourites to win and they're trading at a 1/2 price to pull off the win while Italy are a 6/4 listing.

There is a very good chance that, should Italy wind up getting the victory, that Mario Balotelli will have a lot to do with it. Balotelli is the only player left in the mix for the golden boot who can actually dictate his fate and a single goal here would likely see him wind up as the top goalscorer.

As it currently stands, you'll find Mario Gomez, Cristiano Ronaldo and Mario Mandzukic, as well as Alan Dzagoev all priced at 8/1 and deadlocked on 3 goals apiece.

Spain has a few players with a goal who would be able to jump ahead if they were able to pull off hat-tricks and Balotelli failed to find the net. A 3-0 victory to Spain with all goals scored by either Cesc Fabregas or Fernando Torres isn't absolutely entirely out of the question but you would really want a great price on that to happen and you aren't likely to get it from a tournament goalscorer market. Torres is priced at 9/1 while Fabregas can be backed at a 12/1 listing.

Antonio Cassano and Antonio Di Natale are both listed at 66/1 while Xabi Alonso remains at a 25/1 price.

Andrea Pirlo is already odds-on to finish as the player of the tournament and he can be backed as low as 8/11. Andres Iniesta is the best option for Spanish fans and he can be backed at a 3/1 price – something he would be able to do with a particularly dominate performance in the final. If Balotelli runs riot and maybe scores another two goals in a 2-0 win by Italy then you wouldn't be surprised to see him get the nod and see a 10/1 payout.
