Premier League Mid-Week Fixtures Betting Tips

After a lot of twists, turns and surprises in this weekend's FA Cup, we're getting right back to it a few days later with the mid-week Premiership fixtures. I think these ones could prove to be a bit more predictable but, with a fair amount of teams now finding another date on their schedule, you have to wonder whether we'll be seeing full strength sides on Tuesday and Wednesday.Manchester United are certainly a team that doesn't have all of its top players available, but thanks to the strength in depth that Sir Fergie has kept, United are always able to cobble together an impressive-looking side and they are slightly lucky to be facing West Brom at this point. It looks as though Dimitar Berbatov has got his shooting boots back after a scintillating finish against Spurs at the weekend. I have a feeling that if him and Tevez are deployed together up front, then we could be in for an extremely interesting evening as their partnership seems on the verge of blossoming.Everton will view their match against the Gunners as definitely winnable while Porstmouth will approach their tie with Villa with a certain amount of trepidation. I also have a feeling that Liverpool know they face a tough tie at Wigan. Tottenham require a win against Stoke or things could quickly go from bad to worse. Sunderland vs Fulham: 1-1 draw here as Sunderland are starting to click and you get the feeling that Fulham may be a bit unsettled after Jimmy Bullard's departure. 1-1 pays 9/2 with Paddy Power. West Brom vs Manchester United: United will roll to a 3-0 victory over the beleaguered Baggies. 3-0 pays 15/2 with Paddy Power.Portsmouth vs Aston Villa: Villa will win this one as Portsmouth are in a bad run of form and desperately need a new player or two to shake thing up and provide options going forward. 2-0 to Villa pays 9/1 with Paddy Power.Tottenham vs Stoke: Stoke will put in a performance to be proud of here and I can see them frustrating Spurs all day. 0-0 pays 9/1 with Paddy Power.Chelsea vs Middlesboro: Chelsea are lucky to be facing Middlesboro just as rumours are starting to surface of problems at the Riverside. Gareth Southgate will come under increasing pressure in the next few weeks and Chelsea will pull off a workman-like 2-1 victory which pays 15/2 with Paddy Power. Man City vs Newcastle: City are another team with some issues at the moment and I think Newcastle are chuffed that they aren't considered a "crisis club" anymore. It will show in this game as Michael Owen frustrates City with a late goal in a 1-1 draw with the Citizens paying 11/2 at Paddy Power.Wigan vs Liverpool: Wigan will come here to give Liverpool a game and I have a feeling that Mido will be looking to stamp his mark on this match. He could be an unlikely hero for the Latics who are now without Emile Heskey. I am backing Wigan to hold Liverpool 1-1 which pays 15/2 from the folks at Paddy. Blackburn vs Bolton: Blackburn are back these days it seems and I fancy Roque Santa Cruz to turn the game here after a good opening from Bolton who are starting to come at teams a bit more. Back Rovers to win 2-1 which pays 7/1 with Paddy Power. Everton vs Arsenal: Everton have been pulling out 1-1's every game it seems and I fancy them to frustrate Arsenal. The Toffees play a hard-hitting style of football that the Gunners just can't seem to be able to deal with at the moment. Arsene Wenger also has injuries in all the wrong places. 2-1 to Everton which pays 9/1 with Paddy Power. West Ham vs Hull City: Hull are a tricky team to face and the Hammers are starting to look better, but I think that they'll miss Craig Bellamy more than you'd normally think. I'm liking Hull for the 2-2 draw here which pays 11-1 with Paddy Power. CLICK HERE FOR YOUR FREE BET WITH PADDY POWER!
