PRIZEFIGHTER LAST MINUTE BETTING TIPS FROM PADDY POWER

If you're looking to bet on the latest edition of Prizefighter tonight we've got a few last minute betting tips for you. The Dean Francis/Neil Simpson fight is pretty much the only real longshot bet in the entire slate, but I can see a multiplier definitely proving to be the most profitable solution- even if you're backing favourites. Popular Irish bookmaker Paddy Power will be offering up live betting on Prizefighter and you can hedge some of your bets beforehand if you feel the need to, after having seen a round or two of the fight. Personally, I'm not expecting too many surprises, but with boxing you never really know. Only outright prices are available at this point so let's delve in and see how much value we can extract from a few hours of watching television. Dean Francis is a heavy favourite to beat Neil Simpson. Francis carries a price of 1/12 with Simpson listed at 11/2. I think Francis is a foregone conclusion. Not much money to be made off this one though. John Keton vs Bruce Scott is a bit of a different deal, Scott goes into this as a 4/9 favourite, but I could potentially see things swinging in Keton's favour. I'm going to back the favourite on this one, but I can see why some others may be tempted to go in the other direction. I'm definitely backing Terry Dunstan at 4/11 over Ovill McKenzie, who is listed at 15/8. I don't think this one will last particularly long. And I'm also going to buck the trend and back Darren Corbett at 6/5 over Mickey Steeds. If you take my selections and play them as an accumulator, you're looking at about 7/2 odds and considering you've got three very heavy favourites in there, that's pretty darn solid odds.
