ROLAND GARROS BETTING TIPS VERDASCO AND FERRERO IN ACTION

Spaniards Fernando Verdasco and Juan Carlos Ferrero will be attempting to book their spots in the fourth round today when they take on Philipp Kohlschreiber and Robby Ginepri, respectively.
William Hill is taking action on both of these compelling encounters in the Roland Garros third round with pre-match markets and then Live Betting action.
Verdasco and Ferrero are favourites and for all intents and purposes, they are expected to advance. Verdasco though is tipped to have a tougher task of advancing than Ferrero.
Verdasco is listed as the 2/9 favourite while Kohlschreiber is trading at mere 3/1 odds. Last year, at this stage of the tournament, Kohlschreiber shook up the draw when he took out Novak Djokovic, a hot favourite then and for some a serious threat for the title.
Kohlschreiber is a dark horse in this match and many feel he could trouble Verdasco. The prices trading on how many sets will feature in this match are revealing.
A three set affair is going for 21/20 while four or five sets are going for 11/8 and 7/2, respectively. It is a rather tight outlook on the outcome.
Verdasco to win 3-0 is priced at 5/4; to win 3-1, at 5/2 and to win 3-2, at 11/2.
Kohlschreiber, on the other hand, starts at the higher end at 3-0 with a price of 12/1 and progressively comes down in price for 3-1 and 3-2 to 9/1 and 7/1, respectively.
The billing between Ferrero vs. Ginepri offers a more one-sided market at William Hill with Ferrero a significant favourite at 1/6. American Robby Ginepri is going for 7/2 odds.
Moving within the different match markets though tennis punters will come across some mixed outlooks for this match. For example, Ferrero while a hot favourite to take the match is trading at Evens to win in straight sets. To win in either four or five sets, he is listed at 5/2 and 13/2, respectively. That he isn't on the short side of Evens in either three options is surprising.
The set betting market on Ginepri is less encouraging however as Ginepri is a large 16/1 puppy to take the match in three sets while a 10/1 and 8/1 puppy to take the match in four or five sets, respectively.
