RONNIE O'SULLIVAN VS MARCO FU PREMIER LEAGUE SNOOKER BETTING TIPS

It probably goes without saying that Ronnie O'Sullivan is the clear favourite for his Premier League opener against Marco Fu, but it appears as though the bookmakers are confident that it will be a rather competitive fixture. William Hill is pricing O'Sullivan at a 4/7 price to win the match outright while Fu's odds are listed at 5/1. The draw is trading at 5/2.
In regards to the correct score betting, the favoured outcome is O'Sullivan to win 4-2 which trades at a 2/1 price. The 3-3 draw is listed at 5/2 while a 5-1 victory for O'Sullivan is rewarding at 3/1. A 6-0 sweep is 7/1. Should Marco Fu register a 4-2 victory, you're looking at 7/1 while a 5-1 pays 16/1 and an unlikely 6-0 priced at a whopping 80/1.
You can also back Ronnie at a 4/9 price to take the highest match break with Fu priced out at 13/8.
O'Sullivan is 4/7 to win the first frame while Fu's odds are listed at 5/4.  A high-scoring first frame looks likely in the eyes of the bookies, who have listed an over/under of 100.5 with the over at 8/11 and the under at even money.
Speaking of the first frame, Ronnie O'Sullivan is trading at 4/5 to pot the first red with Fu available at 10/11. Not much between the two there but they are giving a slim edge to O'Sullivan. The 1st colour potted in the first frame is favoured to be the black with an 11/8 price with pink at 7/1, blue at 9/4 and baulk at 11/5.
I think that a 5-1 victory for O'Sullivan is certainly not out of the question and 3/1 is a decent enough return in this instance. O'Sullivan to take the first frame and perform well in that first frame will also reward a solid dividend. This may be one for the in-play punters however, as coming back off a bit of a lay-off can sometimes make mistakes happen when they shouldn't. O'Sullivan should stroll here but cautious punters may want to give him a frame before they really drop down any serious money.
