Scott Savol Down in American Idol

Scott Savol became the eighth Idol to be eliminated in American Idol despite having what many thought to be his best performance. In a cruel twist Savol along with Anthony Federov were asked to sit down on the couch first. Normally this is a sign of surival, but this week it acutally meant being placed in the bottom two. One possible explanation for Savol failing to stay in the competition was a website dedicated to voting for the worst Idol contestant was offline for several days. There are now only four contestants remaining in the competition. Favourite is Carrie Underwood (evens) with Bo Bice (6/4) second in the betting.
