It may not be the flashiest of names in this contest, but I get the feeling that this is going to be a pretty open match that will be good for the neutrals. It looks like the bookmakers are giving Paraguay the edge, but I'm confident that Slovakia will definitely be able to make a game of this.

The favoured correct score draw is a 1-0 result to Paraguay and that's priced at 5.0 while a 1-1 draw is available at 11/2. A 0-0 draw isn't out of the question and you'll find that at 13/2. Slovakia to win 1-0 pays out at 15/2. 
There is a fairly interesting goalscorer match bet if you think that this one is going to be a higher-scoring affair. Stanislav Sestak is priced at 5/1 to outscore Lucas Barrios who is trading at 21/10. The draw between the two is available at 4/7.

For the Slovakians, you can get a 5/2 price on Stanislav Sestak and Robert Vittek. Filip Holosko trades at 3/1. 
I think that Paraguay have the talent to get a fairly solid result here, but the first goal is crucial. Slovakia will be looking to stay organized and hit Paraguay on the break whenever possible. I think that they may be able to counter effectively. If this one is still tied at half-time, the smart money would be on Slovakia.
