SLOVENIA VS ENGLAND LATEST ODDS AND GOALSCORER BETTING

There's some really solid goalscorer odds in the England vs Slovenia fixture and I actually get the feeling that if England are going to pull this one off then they're likely going to do it by a decent margin.

Currently, the bookmakers favour under 2.5 goals at a 1.8 margin with Bet365. The over is priced at 2.0 and that's not a bad bet in my opinion.
If you think England will grab a goal before the end of the first 10 minutes, you can lock in a 4.5 price before the match. The first goal is favoured to be from a shot and that carries a 1.53 price while a header to be the first strike of the match is priced at 5.0. I could certainly see that, especially if its a tighter match than I think it will be. The first goal being from a penalty or free kick is trading at 13.0 while an opening to be an own goal is listed at 25.0.
Surely England won't start the match by conceding an own goal...
Wayne Rooney hasn't scored for a few England matches now although he is still listed at an odds-on price to score a goal at any point in this match. Rooney is trading at 1.9 anytime and 4.33 to score first or last.
Peter Crouch is trading at 2.87 to score a goal at any point in the match and 7.0 to score first or last. Frank Lampard, Jermain Defoe and Steven Ferrard are all trading at 3.1 to score an anytime goal.
Joe Cole's odds to score a goal at any point are 4.5 and he's at 11.0 to open or close the scoring.
For Slovenia, they'll be looking to Milivoke Novakovic at a 4.75 price score to anytime and 12.0 odds first or last. Tim Matavz is trading at 6.0 anytime while Zlatko Dedic is listed at 5.5.
It's going to be worth keeping your eye on the defenders to score if this match doesn't have much between the two teams. If England are struggling, I think a goal from a set-piece is extremely likely if it's going to come at all. I think England can band together and pull this one off. Maybe the opening matches can galvanize them to push for the World Cup. Call me an optimist, but stranger things have happened.
