TIMISOARA VS MANCHESTER CITY EUROPA LEAGUE PLAY-OFF ODDS

Manchester City go into the first round of this two-legged affair against Romanian side FC Timisoara. The Citizens are big favourites to win this match, but you sort of wonder just how well Roberto Mancini's side are going to shape up for this one, especially after their disappointing result against Spurs at the weekend.
Speaking of Spurs, they certainly learned a lesson about underestimating lower-key continental opposition when they were sitting at 3-0 against Young Boys.
Manchester City's odds to win are trading at 8/15 while FC Timisoara are available at a 5/1 price. The draw is listed at 3/1 and that's not a bad selection in my book. I get the feeling that City will either draw this one 0-0 or win 4-0.
City to take both legs of the half-time/full-time market is rewarding at a solid 6/5. Personally, I think they may need the first half to get going so a wager on Draw/City at 3/1 is a decent selection.
The over/under on goals is sitting at 2.5 with the over selection getting the edge at 3/4 while under 2.5 trades at 21/20.
Manchester City's Carlos Tevez is the favoured anytime goalscorer in this fixture with a 21/20 price to score at any point in the match. He's 4/1 to score first or last. Emmanuel Adebayor is trading at 6/5 to score anytime and 9/2 to score first or last.
Mario Balotelli's odds to score for Manchester City (should he wind up playing) are listed at 13/10 anytime and 5/1 to open or close the scoring. David Silva's odds to score anytime are listed at 2/1- that's the same odds as James Milner, who could be set for his City debut. Adam Johnson is listed at 9/4 to score anytime.
City are solid favourites for this one, but you get the feeling that the focus is going to be on keeping a clean sheet if it doesn't look like they'll be able to end the tie in the first leg.
