The United States are the even money favourites to beat out Algeria and they'll likely need a victory if they're going to pull it off. The United States will have tightened things up after conceding two goals against Slovenia so they will likely be getting forward a little less often, but be looking to make it count even more when they do.

It will take a mature performance from the USA to pull this off but I don't think it's beyond them by any means. You'll find the United States priced at 2.0 with Bet365 while Algeria are trading at a 4.0 listing. The draw is priced at 3.4 and I see both sides going for the victory- I wouldn't bother to back the draw, at least not pre-match. 
A 1-1 draw is the favoured correct score result at a 6.0 margin and you'll find a 1-0 result to the USA priced just behind that at 6.5. A 2-0 victory for the USA is listed at 8.5 and that's the same price as a 2-1 margin. 
A 1-0 result to Algeria is trading at a 10.0 price while a 2-1 win for Algeria rewards at 13.0. 
The over/under on goals is set at 2.5 and you'll find the under favoured at 1.7. Over 2.5 goals trades at 2.1 and I think that this one has the potential to be a lower scoring affair. 
Jozy Altidore is the favoured goalscorer in the match and he's priced at 2.75 to score a goal at any time and 6.5 to score first or last. Landon Donovan is trading at 3.0 to score anytime and 7.0 first or last. Clint Dempsey and Herculez Gomez are both trading at 3.1 while they are both at 7.5 to open or close the scoring.

I'll be backing the United States in this one, but they will really need to keep their defense organized. I'm confident that their attack can score goals, but defensive solidity will win or lose this match.
