The big question now is which team goes on to face Uruguay as two upstart sides are set to do battle in Rustenburg. In terms of outright qualification, you'll find the USA at 1.73 to go through by winning in 90 minutes, extra-time or penalties. Ghana are listed at 2.0. 
There is no golden or silver goals here so the entirety of extra-time will be played before proceeding to penalties if the deadlock isn't broken.

I think that the USA should be able to handle Ghana and they can likely claw their way back if they go a goal down. They will look to dictate play and if they can get men in behind the Ghana defence then they should be able to carve out chances. If there are no red cards or penalties I think the USA will take this one.
