A dramatic evening for a few clubs unfolded on Tuesday as the Champions League final match day saw its first iteration play out. Atletico Madrid and Juventus played out a tame 0-0 draw in a match-up that neither team really had to win. Both were ensured of progression and that’s exactly how it went down with both teams coming close but neither looking to have a distinct cutting edge at any point in the match itself. 

On Wednesday we only have a few groups that genuinely have anything left to play for with Manchester City likely being the big story coming into this one.
