Vijay Singh's withdrawal from this week's WGC American Express Championship has seen a raft of price changes at the top of Victor Chandler's outright market.The firm installed the new world number one as their 5/1 favourite but the removal of a player who amounts for nearly 17 % at the head of the market has forced golf compiler Glen Hyslop's hand.Tiger Woods is Chandler's new favourite at 5/1, from an opening show of 7s for the Mount Juliet."We laid 7/1 about Woods to the 'early birds' when we published our prices on Monday and there's quite a few other players who have been backed at what seem like generous prices now that Singh has pulled out."The Fijian has elected to stay with his family in Florida after his Ponte Vedra home was left affected by Hurricane Jeanne.Jim Furyk 50/1 (now 40s) and Lee Westwood 66/1 (now 50s) are two other players that were heavily traded at the firm's opening shows.In America Chandler report that Matt Gogel has been a warm order for the Southern Farm Bureau Classic.The 33-year-old has carded T6th and T11th finishes in his last two events and remains at 33/1.25/1 Loren Roberts is the second best backed player for this week's Stateside event.
