WILLIAM HILL HSV TOP NOVICES HURDLE BETTING TIPS
We're set for a stellar duel between two top jockeys as Ruby Walsh and AP McCoy are set to tangle on the two favourites for the Highstreetvouches.com novices hurdle in the 2:00 race at Aintree tomorrow morning. We're seeing plenty of punters piling onto Somersby and American Trilogy as the betting action is getting hotter by the minute. Walsh is piloting American Trilogy and he seems the one to pick in the openers at Aintree having ridden the heavily favoured Big Bucks to score at the Liverpool Hurdle on Thursday morning. I'm liking him at 5/2 even though its not the biggest value bet because I think American Trilogy has not only better form going into this race, but I think the ground conditions will suit him a little better. He's riding a bit heavy at 11-8 compared to Somersby's 11-0, but I can see him overcoming that over the 2 mile 110 yard race. Somersby is listed at 7/2, just slightly behind American Trilogy and while he's a promising horse who is definitely in with a shout on this one, I favour American Trilogy to edge him out. I highly suggest pairing the two up in a forecast or a reverse forecast if you're not feeling that brave. Red Moloney is a five-year old with some good results, but I don't think he's in a any shape to split the leading pair up. BJ Geraghty is looking okay on Riverside Theatre at 13/2 and could be one for the show bets. RECOMMENDATION:Forecast: American Trilogy (5/2)- Somersby (7/2)#1. Betfair bonus £25 Free Bet.
