WORLD CUP FINAL BETTING PREDICTIONS AND ODDS FOR HOLLAND VS SPAIN

Here we go- the 2010 World Cup Final is just around the corner. We're just a few hours away from the widely-anticipated match that pits Spain against the Dutch- ensuring that we have a new World Cup winner to add to the history books. Looking back on everything, this has been a really solid tournament and credit has to go the organizers and the South African citizens themselves as the only really controversies were limited to the on-pitch events. That and the friggin' vuvuzelas.

Spain are still the solid favourites to win this match, carrying an 11/10 price while the Dutch have been clipped to 13/5 by popular UK bookmaker William Hill. The draw can be backed at 11/5. These bets are for the 90 minutes market, so if you're going to back a team to win by any means- 90 minutes, extra-time or penalties, you're going to need to check out the "Lift the Trophy" market.
You'll find Spain priced at 4/7 to win the 2010 World Cup while the Dutch are listed at a 6/4 price. I think that if Holland can take this one to extra-time that they are a great shout to win it and I think this match is going to be all about the key moments- which may negate the advantage of Spain retaining possession.
David Villa's odds to score in the match are listed at even-money anytime while he is priced at 4/1 to score first or last. High-flying Villa is listed at 9/2 to score two goals or more and 25/1 to grab a hat-trick.
Fernando Torres can be backed at a solid 15/8 price but it still comes down to the fact that he may or may not start the match. It looks like he's been carrying some type of injury through this as he just doesn't look himself. One well-timed strike could make him a hero though and he's 13/2 to score the last goal.
Pedro's odds to score for Spain are at 7/2 while Xavi is trading at 6/1 anytime with Iniesta at 11/2. As always- those two are going to be the engine room for the Spanish side.
Robin Van Persie is trading at 2/1 to score a goal at any point in the match while Wesley Sneijder is priced at 10/3 anytime alongside Arjen Robben. Dirk Kuyt is listed at 4/1 anytime while Mark Van Bommel is listed at 8/1 anytime.
