WTA US OPEN LIVE BETTING WOZNIACKI VS SHARAPOVA

Wozniacki appears poised to make her major breakthrough at the US Open.
The top seed Wozniacki has cruised through the first three rounds, dropping just three games to book her berth in the last 16.
She is on the verge of a spot in the quarterfinals but she is set to face her stiffest challenge yet in Maria Sharapova.
Wozniacki comes into this mach as he 4/5 favourite with Paddy Power and William Hill.
Sharapova, by contrast, is tipped at 10/11 at Paddy Power and 19/20 at William Hill.
Pundits have been waiting for this matchup since the draw was released over a week ago. Certainly, it is the match to test Wonziacki’s credentials as the top seed.
The Danish star has never beaten Sharapova. They met twice in 2008 and both times the statuesque Russian came out on top.
More concerning for the Dane is that she hasn’t beaten a top-five player yet this season. While that has more to do with the fact that she hasn’t come up against any in any of her tournaments, a win over a legitimate peer is the sort of yardstick that is needed to truly determine where she is in the game.
 Now although Sharapova is not ranked in the top five she is a former World No.1 and a three-time Grand Slam champion. You can never underestimate a player of that calibre.
Sharapova has carved a tougher road into the R16 and I do believe that stands her in good stead for this match. Certainly, she is more match ready than Wozniacki whose had to do very little on her way to the last 16.
