X FACTOR 2010- MATT CARDLE ODDS ON TO WIN AS GHAMU WALKS
With the 2010 version of X factor well and truly underway, Saturday nights are drawing in record numbers keen to witness what sensation will become Britain's newest popstar.
Essex local Matt Cardle seems to be the odds on favourite to win it all, harbouring what many have deemed ‘the most original voice of the entire competition’.
After the highly telling performances on location, the Essex housepainter has once again seen his odds cut- a trend that will continue week on week if he keeps this up.
Every one of the bookies are backing the 27 year old to take the competition, with his only flaw to date being body language on stage
Betfair have him set at 4.9, followed closely by Liverpool mother Rebecca Ferguson at 5.0 even.
One time favourite Cher Lloyd has clearly seen her popularity slip, and is now set at 10.0, slightly ahead of Blackpool local Aiden Grimshaw at 11.5
With many considering Grimshaw to be a little 'too intense', he would be long shot to progress much further
At present Cardle looks a dead favourite amongst the voting public, especially with the elimination of Zimbabwean national Gamu Nhengu- which has sparked an outcry from the British public
This seems to be a two horse race, with one’s biggest concern being what bookie to place your bet on
Betfair are the pick of the lot with odds on Cardle set at 4.9, with Ferguson at 5.0 even
Ladbrokes are next up at 4.33, to 5.0 even respectively.
Advice on this competition would be to get in now.
As witnessed in numerous seasons leading up to this one, the real defining week is that of the performances on location, with the rest of the competition based around fine tuning the ‘raw product’
Follow the odds on this one- realising that while the talent might be new, the idea and direction in which these odds are directed are not.
In the past few X Factor seasons, the odds on favourite to win after location auditions, has primarily gone on to win the entire competition
Betting Tip: Matt Cardle to win 2010 X Facto at 5.0 at Betfair
