X FACTOR LATEST BETTING ODDS - JOE McELDERRY LISTED AS CLEAR FAVOURITE
It's all finished for Danyl Johnson as the final 3 for the 2009 X-Factor was revealed. The odds immediately across virtually all UK bookmakers listed Joseph McElderry as the clear favourite with a general price of about 4/11 going into next week's edition.
William Hill favours McElderry by a significant margin with Olly Murs and Stacey Solomon having little between them at prices of 5/1 and 7/2, respectively. This is the only market currently available at this site, but we expect more to be added as we go into the week. Keep in mind, if you're opening a new account you'll be able to cash in a free bet this year's edition of X-Factor, or why not place that on an upcoming market that has your favourite selection released a #1 album? Surely there's excellent odds to be had on your favourite X Factor contestant in the present and in the future.
Betfair, where you can create your own odds or simply back odds made by others, also has McElderry as the clear favourite with a price trading at around 1.46 with around $7,000,000 (US) matched so far already. You'll find your best odds on Olly Murs for a shock victory here with a 7.0 price or higher. Stacey Solomon is trading at just over 5.0 at the time of this writing. Betfair is also listing forecast bets on 2009 X-Factor with a number of excting permutations available. Currently, a Joseph/Stacey victory would pay out at around 2.12 with Joseph/Olly listed at 2.5. Stacey/Joseph is listed above 7.0. Stacey/Olly is the longest odds bet at 16.0. You can also play an X-Factor tri-cast selection where Joseph/Stacey/Olly can be backed at 2.34. I won't go into any more detail, so click the blue Betfair link and check out our Betfair review page- from there you can click on through and have a glimpse at the odds, yourself.
Blue Square are listing Joe at a 2/5 price with Stacey available at 4/1 and Olly at 11/2. More markets will be available here early in the coming week. They will also be guaranteeing live betting on next week's X-Factor.
Bet365 will also be launching more markets later in the week, but currently they have Joe at 2/5 and nothing between Stacey and Olly with both listed at 9/2.
We'll be featuring more tips and selections as more markets are added with the major bookmakers this week.
