Ziggy zig ah for BB8?

It will be with a sense of inner calm that Big Brother fans will switch on their television sets next week safe in the knowledge that self-anointed It girl, or is that 'Innit' Girl, Charley will no longer grace our screens. No more will be forced to endure the endless preening or the conversations between her self and her own reflection, gone will be the annoying idiolect that has infected the nation and the screaming matches with Chanelle will at long last be a thing of the past. Charlie's comical lack of self-awareness will be missed but it's a fair price to pay for the damage she is doing to the house, not to mention the national psyche. Needless to say, the cousin of Kieran Richardson ("I'm not being funny but who are Sunderland?") is shorter than one of her skirts (1/100 with Paddy Power) to be the next evictee and so Tracey's 14/1 is worth avoiding like Charley in the Ritzy on Friday night. However, those of you concerned that BB8 will no longer be 'interistinger' than watching paint dry, think again. The producers of the programme, who have excelled themselves this series, have come up with a new twist. I'm not being funny but six new housemates are going to join the house on Friday to bring a whole new dynamic, not to mention, betting angle to proceedings. Apparently some of the new guests will be there to stay, which means that Brian may not be the shoo-in to win the bookies have anticipated. It is hard to judge what action to take before we meet the new kids on the block but with former boy band member Ziggy gaining respect for his self-deprecating rendition of his one hit wonder with Northern Line and showing the patience of a saint to contend with Chanelle's infantile hissy fits 50/1 with Paddy Power look like incredibly long odds. The lads are all getting on really well with each other and it wouldn't be a surprise if Big Brother decided to throw some more honeys into the equation. The last time this happened, with fake Australian Pauline, Ziggy broke up with Chanelle, the girls began bitch and the fellas were stumbling over themselves to get a piece of the action. With Ziggy guaranteed to win the teeny-bop vote take the 50/1. And if you have the balls take the 1/100 about Charley to walk on Friday. Is it worth it? You decide. Verdict: 1pt e/w Ziggy to win @ 50/1 (Paddy Power)
