- By A.J. Ryder on April 6, 2017 02:59 GMTIt appears to be a weather affected Masters tournament already as the famous par-3 tournament was cancelled for the first time in its history during the big kick off at Augusta National Golf Course in Augusta, Georgia. As tornado warnings and heavy winds pounded the area, the traditional Par 3 event was forced to stop and further weather is expected tomorrow, however it is not expected to be as severe.

With high winds making the course very tricky it is also making it rather difficult for the betters to decipher what's going to happen at this famous golf major championship.
But wait, it gets even harder.
Heading into the tournament, the betting favorite had been Zach Johnson who is in excellent form. however a slip-and-fall incident resulted in him now being questionable to play in the tournament itself. This has seen his odds rise from being the favorite at a 5/1 price tag he now trades around a 15/2 price tag with the majority of major bookmakers.
Former tournament winner and Co holder of the lowest Masters score in history is Jordan Spieth who comes into the tournament as the current favorite now with question marks over the presence of Zach Johnson. He can be backed with several top bookmakers at a price of around 15/2.
Worth noting that Spieth is trading at a 25/2 margin to be considered the first round Clubhouse leader.
