Jake Paul vs Nate Robinson Betting Preview PT 2

Paul  to win by decision or technical decision can be backed around a 15/2 listing while Robinson by KO, TKO or DQ pays a solid 3/1. Robinson by decision rewards at 15/2 and that’s not a bad price if you reckon that neither fighter is going to land a killer blow.

It looks as though the bookmakers are banking on the fact that neither fighter is expected to last the full fight despite it only actually being six rounds of action. The over/under on the total rounds unfolding is set at 3.5 and there is every chance that the fight could end early - particularly if Robinson makes a significant mistake that Paul can capitalize on.

Anybody who has been paying attention to channels like TMZ has seen footage of Paul brutalizing his sparring opponents over the past few weeks and he will be coming into the contest on a significant weight cut. Robinson has said that he will be training with members of Floyd Mayweather’s team in order to prepare for his high-profile boxing debut.

Taking a look at the round by round betting, you’ll find that Jake Paul to win by KO or TKO in the second round of the fight is the favoured outcome and he’s trading around 5/1 to do so. He’s priced at 6/1 for victories in the first or third round. Then he rises for 15/2 to 10/1 for the fourth to sixth rounds.

Robinson is priced around 16/1 to win by KO or TKO in the first 3 rounds then begins to drift up towards a 22/1 price to KO Jake Paul in the sixth. The fight is ¼ to not go the distance and a best price of 4/1 to go to the judge’s scorecards.
